On the red carpet, supermodel Kendall Jenner goes all out with her attire, but off schedule, she is known for picking the most effortless but still the most on-trend clothes to take the streets. Baggy jeans have been dominating the denim conversation for some time now. From Rihanna in distressed Gucci with Amina Muaddi heels, to Hailey Bieber in Eytys’s relaxed Benz jeans, the A-list cannot shake its obsession.

Kendall Jenner also bought into the trend, but straight-leg jeans remain the new-gen super’s preferred silhouette. Proving that there’s nothing better than a simple jeans and tee combo, for an outing in LA this week Kendall tucked a graphic T-shirt into acid-wash straight-leg jeans that stopped at her ankle – just above her polished preppy loafers.
The jeans in question are perfectly in line with Kendall’s recent favourites. She’s worn Khaite’s Danielle jeans non-stop since the start of the year. They’ve also had Vogue’s seal of approval – the jeans “elongate the leg like no other”, according to British Vogue’s commerce director Naomi Smart. “With evergreen signature styles in a few washes, Khaite founder Catherine Holstein has nailed the best, most flattering classic jeans,” says Smart.
