“Vaani exudes confidence in a chiffon peplum set in light pink from Ridhi Mehra‘s Nazm collection. Called Laiqa, the ensemble consists of a contemporary peplum top, instead of conventional kurtas. The top is enhanced with intricate embroidery and pearl embellishments around the neckline. The look is paired with matching ghararas bottoms. Adding a little playfulness is the outfit’s printed border and organza frill. While it is paired with a chiffon dupatta, Vaani gave it a miss. When worn with the dupatta, it injects more movement and layer to the look,” shares Ridhi Mehra, describing the actor’s look.
Retaining the romance of the outfit, Kapoor embraced soft tones of pink for her makeup too, featuring a wash of eyeshadow and gloss. Small drop earrings encrusted with uncut diamonds and rubies won her vote for accessorizing the look.
