Want to know all about the popular celebrity-favourite perfumes? Read on.
Perfumes play a pivotal role, as far as first impressions are concerned. And I, for one, really feel the pressure of that, when it comes to picking out a new scent. Choosing a new perfume to wear every day is a big commitment after all. It's almost like getting into a relationship with someone new—before making it exclusive, you're always paranoid of how your new partner is going to come across to people and how they represent your choices. I get it, and so, it's always nice to pick out a perfume that has been reviewed by reliable sources.
And so, I took to the internet to find perfumes and fragrances that one should invest in, and predictably, this search took over my timeline. Not only was I flooded with ads, I also started seeing way more content where celebrities spoke of their favourite perfumes or revealed how peers like Rihanna and Shah Rukh Khan had a knack for always smelling good. So, I abandoned my previous plan of relying on unconfirmed sources, and rather, listed out 15 celebrity-approved perfumes to choose from, if you're looking for your signature scent. After all, who doesn't want to smell of success, just like the stars?
Here are 15 celebrity-favourite perfumes to bookmark:
1. Dunhill and Diptyque - Shah Rukh Khan
In a video interview, Shah Rukh Khan revealed that he usually uses a combination of two perfumes, one from Diptyque and the other is Dunhill fragrance only available in their London store. However, the actor went on to wittily quip that simply buying these two perfumes cannot make you smell like SRK, as the key component is his own scent and sweat. “Both the companies are trying to bottle my sweat,” he hilariously added. While the exact scents that SRK uses from these brands are unknown, speculations suggest that Tam Dao from the Paris-based brand is his choice of fragrance.
2. Fenty Eau de Parfum - Rihanna
If you're ever curious to know who would win the award for the best-smelling star in Hollywood, celebrities ranging from Lil Nas X to Jim Parsons would nominate Rihanna. In fact, so many people spoke about how the singer and entrepreneur smells amazing that when she released her Fenty fragrance, it was promoted with the reel reading: What does Rihanna smells like?
